Remote-controlled lighting

 

Create this scenario to switch one or more lights on or off with a single button.

Here's how:

 

1. Selecting a switch

Tap Select switch. Next, tick the box next to the device that you want to trigger the scenario. Confirm your selection by tapping CONTINUE.


2. Assigning a button

Specify the device button that is to be used to start the scenario. Confirm your selection by tapping CONTINUE.


3. Selecting lights

Tap Select light(s). Next, tick the boxes next to the lights that you want to switch on or off with this Scenario.


4. Selecting dimmable lights

Tap Select light(s). Next, tick the box next to the light that you want to switch on or off.


5. Specifying a dimming level

The 100% level will now be marked in green – tap it. Next, specify the dimming level for the selected light. To do this, move the sliding controller to the left or right.

If you need to, you can also set a lighting-up duration.

Confirm your settings by pressing CONTINUE.


6. Naming and saving scenarios

If you like, you can then give the scenario a name and a brief description. Finally, save the scenario. If you want the scenario to be shown on the homepage, tap YES, DISPLAY.

 

How can I make sure that the scenario is shown on the homepage as well later?
