Activating access with a SmartCode

The SmartCode is the personal code that you need to activate your access. It is used to authorise you and potential other users of your SmartHome.

The SmartCode cannot be transferred to other SmartHome central units.

Where to find the SmartCode

The SmartCode can be found either on a sticker or on a card enclosed in the packaging of your SmartHome central unit (second generation). You must scratch away the surface covering with a coin or a key, for example. The printed code is unique and is valid only for the central unit that you have purchased.

When entering the code, make sure to enter it exactly as it was printed.
