Your central unit is also connected to the Livisi data centre that supports central information and added-value services. The configuration you have set up is saved in the innogy data centre and is used only if you yourself initiate data recovery.

SmartHome will establish a connection between the serial number of your central unit and your personal details only if you have given your consent for it to do so. When configuring the central unit, you are free to choose your user name.

SmartHome processes your personal details in accordance with the conditions contained in the applicable Federal Data Protection Act.

You need to provide your personal details only if you wish to order added-value services (apps) from the online shop. In this case, SmartHome establishes a connection between the data stored by you in the online shop and the serial number of your central unit so that you can use the added-value services. You will be duly informed of the foregoing when ordering an added-value service.
