Is there a simple solution for troubleshooting the app?

Many of the problems that you might experience with the app can be easily solved by logging out of the app. It is not enough simply to close the app. To log off, go to SETTINGS in the app and tap LOG OFF. Once you have logged back on, the app should work properly again.

Examples of problems that can be solved in this way:

  • No content is displayed
  • Controllers or other elements respond incorrectly or not at all
  • Devices are not found
