Resetting the device to factory settings

1. Open the battery compartment and remove a battery.
2. Now press and hold the button beneath the display.
3. While pressing the button, insert the battery again and hold the button for a further 10 seconds. The LED will light up continuously during this period (if the LED does not light up, the batteries are dead and must be replaced).
4. After around 10 seconds, the LED will flash five times. Release the button.
5. The device has now been reset and can be integrated again via the SmartHome software using the search mode.
6. If the device symbol remains greyed out after the device has been integrated, press the button again to complete the process.
