Make sure the pluggable switch is plugged into the outlet and a device is connected to it.
Try to turn the device on / off using the SmartHome app. You will also hear a successful switching process when the relays in the pluggable switch click. If necessary, integrate the device into your SmartHome again and reduce the distance to the control panel.
Press the button below the adapter. If the connected device is not switched or the switching process can not be heard, the pluggable switch is defective and must be replaced.
