Ask your internet provider whether DHCP has been enabled in your DSL router. Your internet provider may have to reconfigure or replace your DSL router.
F 0033 DSL router does not support internet access
Troubleshooting advice To configure the central unit and control it remotely, your DSL router must allow connection to the internet (via NAT or a public IP address). To this end, the router must provide the central unit with a default gateway. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use a proxy server at present. Please contact your internet provider or your network administrator.
F 0034 No DNS server
Troubleshooting advice To configure the central unit and control it remotely, the central unit requires the server names to be translated into IP addresses by means of DNS. Please contact your internet provider or your network administrator.
