Consumer arbitration

The German Federal Network Agency's Consumer Service provides you with information on applicable legislation, your rights as a household customer and dispute settlement procedures for the electricity and gas sectors, and can be contacted via the following methods:

For settlement of disputes, private customers can apply to Schlichtungsstelle Energie e.V. for an arbitration procedure. The prerequisite for this is that customers have called our Innogy customer service and no mutually satisfactory solution has been found. Innogy is required to participate in the arbitration process.
