Login problems using Mozilla Firefox

In some cases, it may appear that it is not possible to log in using Mozilla Firefox despite emptying the cache. In this case, it is recommended to delete the sqlite file from the hard drive.

Proceed as follows to do so:

1. Close the browser.
2. Open Windows Explorer or the Finder if using Apple.
3. Go to Hard Drive C in the "User" folder and choose your user name from there.
4. Select the sub-folder AppData -> Roaming -> Mozilla -> Firefox -> Profiles.
5. Under Profiles, choose the folder with the ending xxx.default.
6. Then select storage -> default ->.
7. Delete the folder https+++home.innogy-smarthome.de.
Restart the browser and go to https://home.innogy-smarthome.de.
